Since 2005 we are present in Romania, reaching in 2009 a number of 10 branches and 230 agents, in 3 cities – Bucharest, Pitesti, Targu Mures. The global crisis of 2009 that affected all segments of the economy has forced Hirsh International to move to a new approach. Thus, if a new crisis arises, Hirsh agencies will move forward with minimal material losses. We have designed a truly revolutionary sales program that we have already introduced to the training of Hirsh agents around the world, including in Romania.

HIRSH Romania is led by Mr. Remus Marinate, a real estate specialist with over 21 years of experience in the field. The Hirsh Romania team, now in full expansion process, will be formed only by real estate specialists already trained or trained by Hirsh.

For the years 2022-2025 we set a target of 30 branches in all major cities of the country, including Bacau, Baia Mare, Botosani, Brasov, Cluj, Constanta, Iasi, Oradea, Ramnicu Valcea, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Timisoara, Zalau etc. We estimate that an agency from a big city in Romania – Brasov for example – will work best with a number of 40 agents.

In the past, before the global crisis, an Hirsh agent had to make a monthly profit of $ 5,000. This target was imposed due to the HIRSH code of ethics issued and adopted globally in 2003.
